Door types we install

Insulated steel sectional

The workhorse of Houston-area garages. Two or three layers of steel sandwiching polyurethane or polystyrene insulation give you R-12 to R-18 thermal performance, much lower noise, and added rigidity. Available in dozens of color and panel-style combinations to match the house.

Carriage house

The look of swing-out wooden carriage doors with the convenience of a modern sectional door. Steel or composite construction with applied trim, decorative hardware, and optional windows. A popular choice for homes in Cypress and Katy with traditional or transitional architecture.

Full-view aluminum and glass

Modern, clean lines with anodized aluminum frames and tempered glass panels (clear, frosted, or tinted). Common on contemporary homes and used heavily in commercial, restaurant and showroom applications. We can spec impact-rated glass for storm performance.

Custom wood

Real wood — cedar, mahogany, hemlock — built to your design. The premium choice for high-end homes when nothing else will match the architecture. Texas heat and humidity are tough on wood, so finishing and yearly maintenance are part of the package.

Commercial sectional and rolling steel

Standard-duty and heavy-duty commercial sectional doors, rolling steel doors, and high-cycle springs for warehouses, shops and service bays. We also install commercial operators sized for the door weight and cycle count.

Our installation process

1. Free in-home consultation. We measure the opening, evaluate the existing tracks and framing, and walk through door styles, insulation values, opener options, and pricing.
2. Written quote. Itemized so you can see exactly what's included.
3. Order. Standard-size insulated steel doors are typically available within a week. Custom and full-view glass doors take 2–6 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
4. Installation day. 3–6 hours for most residential jobs. We protect the floor, remove the old door, install the new system, and clean up before you see us out.
5. Walkthrough and warranty. We show you how everything works, register the manufacturer warranty, and leave you with documentation.
